Description
SD868A type ice cream extrusion line is the latest ice cream production line in China. It is researched and developed on the basis of advanced equipment in the world. This ice cream production line is composed of three standard sections. They are single-arc cutting, horizontal pressing and 3-head filling systems. The processes of horizontal pressing and 3-head filling are controlled by column cam. The column cam is controlled by motor. The three sections of the ice cream extrusion line can be used independently or in groups.

1. Newest chain tension structure is adopted in this ice cream production line. There are 19 tension chain wheels in total.
2. The driving motor of the ice cream extrusion line is installed in the refrigerator. The motor is explosion-proof and water-proof.
3. Its advanced components include SIEMENS screen, FESTO electromagnetic valve, cylinder, and SIEMENS PLC controller, etc.
4. The operation system is a complete linkage of electric appliances. There are five motors in it.
5. Ice cream production line is equipped with one set of mechanical arms. The mechanical arms are linked with the electric appliances.
