Description
This multi-compressor condensing unit is composed of piston compressor, condenser (water cooled, air cooled or evaporation cooled), frame, oil line system, electric control system, protective devices, high pressure (low pressure) gauge, liquid reservoir and gas liquid separator. The piston compressor condensing units can be divided into air cooled units and water cooled units which are suitable for different occasions. The multi-compressor condensing unit is applicable to agriculture, forestry, fishery, medicine, chemical and refrigeration industries.

1. In order to ensure the refrigeration effect and keep the multi-compressor condensing unit in the best state, the condenser, evaporator and filter should be washed regularly.
2. Cooling water tower and the cooling fin should be cleaned regularly to maintain good heat dissipation effect.
3. The chilled water pump shouldn’t run when water tank is empty.
4. In order to prevent the evaporator from freezing, the temperature switches should not be set to below 5℃.
5. Clients should lubricate the multi-compressor condensing unit regularly. As long as it is running well, the unit can be lubricated every 20000 hours or four times a year.
6. When the temperature of the chilled water reaches the set value, the compressor would stop automatically.
7. Once the refrigerant part is in water, the water chiller should be stopped immediately. Clients should remove the water from the water tank and inform maintenance man in order to prevent the compressor absorbing water into the unit and cause great damage to the multi-compressor condensing unit.
