Description
CNC200-400 CNC cutting machine is a mechanical and electrical integrated EPS cutting machine. Its lathe is driven by digital program. While the lathe is running, the cutting wire cuts the EPS blocks. This CNC foam cutter is capable of cutting EPS blocks into exactly shapes as the designed drawing. This machine is controlled by PC. Input a graph plotted in AUTOCAD, the computer will automatically compose and plan the cutting process and set the parameters. The CNC cutting machine then automatically cut the EPS foam precisely in a high speed. This CNC foam cutter is mainly composed of control box and cutting table.

Main Features
1. An aluminum frame and specialized fastenings are used to ensure stable performance and precise cutting of this EPS cutting machine or CNC foam cutter.
2. This CNC cutting machine is equipped with stepping motor. The motor is suitable for cutting specially designed figures which require adjustable speed. The cutting precision can be 0.3 to 0.5 mm.
3. A 3kW transformer is adopted. It can adjust the power output from 0 to 70 V under electrical control.
4. 20 pieces of cutting wires can be set at the same time, which increases the productive capacity of the CNC cutting machine.
5. This CNC foam cutter has the function of cutting stroke protection. When the cutting stroke exceeds the regulated length, the machine can stop running automatically.
6. The computer is from famous brand. It has a 17” screen and English software.
7. Specialized computer software, specialized optimizing and composing system are adopted in our CNC cutting machines or CNC foam cutters. The operations are very easy. The cutting speed is adjustable.
8. The software has the functions of reverse and rotating cutting, mirror symmetry cutting and automatic memory system, etc.
9. A rotating platform is optional to achieve 5 axis cutting.
