Description
Lantoky shape molding machine is used to mold expanded Lantoky material into shapes with different moulds. E series Lantoky vacuum molding machine has efficient vacuum system, fast hydraulic system and fast drainage system. For making a same Lantoky product, the E type machine saves 40% of cycle time and 40% of energy consumption in contrast with other similarl machines. Lantoky shape molding machine is composed of PLC, touch screen, intelligent filling system, efficient vacuum system, hydraulic system and electric box. The molded Lantoky foams are widely used as packaging productions and construction products such as electrical packing, vegetable and fruit boxes, seedling trays, brick insert, ICF, etc.
Main Features
1. The back plate and fixed mould plate of the Lantoky shape molding machine have been further enhanced.
2. The plates of Lantoky vacuum molding machine are processed with zinc treatment to extend the machine’s service life.
3. Hydraulic system of this machine has a high-speed and high-pressure design. The mould closing speed of E type Lantoky shape molding machine reaches 250 mm/s in contrast with the 180 mm/s speed of a common machine.
4. The mould is locked at two sides to avoid steam leaking.
5. Tie bar has the function of self lubricating.
6. Ejection cylinder and mould opening cylinder can work simultaneously to reduce the ejection time.
7. The plates and legs are made in a whole that has largely increased the strength of Lantoky shape molding machine or Lantoky vacuum molding machine.
8. A balance valve is used to control the steam pressure in the main pipe. A pressure sensor is used to control the pressure of the mould.
9. A spray device is set on the top of vacuum tank to ensure high-efficient vacuum and to decrease the water content of Lantoky products.
Package and delivery
E type Lantoky shape molding machines are packed in container. They are transported by sea.
