Description
Screw compressor condensing unit is also used for changing refrigerant vapor into liquid form. The power unit is supplied by the famous BITZER Company. This condensing device mainly consists of screw compressors (high temperature), condenser (water cooled, air cooled or evaporative cooled), liquid reservoir, valves and economizer. Screw compressor condensing unit is suitable for all kinds of working conditions.
Features and Advantages
1. Screw compressor of this condensing device has a simple structure and less quick-wear parts. It can work in the conditions of large pressure difference or pressure ratio.
2. Exhaust gas temperature of screw compressor condensing unit is low. This unit is not sensitive to the lubrication oil in the refrigerant. It can well adjust the gas output.
3. This multi-compressor condensing unit or condensing device can save more than 20% of energy than using stand-alone units.
4. The screw rotor revolves when it compresses the air. The speed of the rotor can be increased in this way. When the gas output is same, the screw compressor is smaller and it occupies smaller space. It is lightweight. There is no reciprocating force in its movement. The compressor doesn’t have much demand of good ground condition.
5. Screw compressor condensing unit runs safely. It has fault early warning function. All the parameters can be monitored at any time.
6. This condensing device has a compact structure. It saves space and construction time.
7. A controller from the Italian DIXELL Company or advanced American controller especially used for parallel connected machine is adopted to achieve complete automation.
8. The screw compressor condensing unit not only has complete protective functions, but also has many warning functions and fault code display function.
