BITZER Semi-Hermetic Piston Compressor Condensing Unit

Description
Semi-hermetic condensing unit has a semi-hermetic piston compressor. It is used for compressing and condensing refrigerant vapor into liquid. The power unit is from the world famous brand BITZER. This compressor condensing unit is composed of condenser, liquid reservoir, compressor, solenoid valve, voltage controller, pressure gage, etc. The semi-hermetic condensing units can be divided into air cooled type ones and water cooled type ones.

Features
1. We have a complete range of semi-hermetic condensing units. They have a wide application scope. They can be used to match fresh-keeping, cold storage, ice-making and chilled-water producing equipment.
2. Air cooled type condenser has passed an air-tightness test at the air pressure of 3.0 Mpa. This compressor condensing unit has good air-tightness performance.
3. The condenser of the semi-hermetic condensing unit has big volume. It has higher energy efficiency.
4. We keep a favorable relation ship with raw material supplier, so that the quality of raw materials has been maintained.
5. Semi-hermetic compressor is supplied by BITZER. It has good quality and runs reliably.
6. We adopt copper tube aluminum fin condenser or high efficient shell tube condenser. They have high heat exchanging efficiency and long service life.
7. Outer rotor blower is used in this semi-hermetic condensing unit. The air blower features little noise, high efficiency and good-looking appearance.
8. This compressor condensing unit has superior performance in saving energy in contrast with similar products.

Use and Maintenance

1. Chilled water pump should not be used when there is no water in the water tank.
2. In order to maintain good refrigerating effect and to keep the semi-hermetic condensing unit in best conditions, clients should wash the condenser, evaporator and filter periodically.
3. Clients should check lubrication oil after the compressor condensing unit has run continuously for 10000 hours.
4. Before adding lubrication oil, the semi-hermetic condensing unit should be clean and free of impurities.
