Description
The two-stage condensing unit has a two-stage compressor. It is supplied by BITZER. This product is also used for changing refrigerant vapor into liquid. This compressor condenser unit mainly consists of air cooled condenser, liquid reservoir, high pressure controller, low pressure controller, dry filter, solenoid valve, junction box and thermal expansion valve. Two-stage condensing units are applicable to agricultural forestry, fishery, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

9. The protective devices of two-stage condensing unit or compressor condenser unit include phase protector, water-flow switch protector, low water-level protector, water pump overload protector, compressor overload protector and high and low pressure switches protector.
10. The high-pressure level cooling function is used at initial cooling stage. When the load falls to a certain degree, the low-pressure level is activated to make further cooling. This method has obviously increased the cooling speed.
11. Level-3 or level-4 capacity regulator is used to keep the refrigeration output matching with the system load. Non-stage capacity control is optional.

Use and Maintenance
1. Chilled-water tower, condenser, filter and evaporator should be washed regularly in order to keep the two-stage condensing unit or compressor condenser unit running favorably.
2. The temperature switch should not be set to below 5℃ to prevent the evaporator from freezing (except for the low-temperature refrigerator).
3. When the chilled water reaches a set temperature, the compressor would stop automatically. That is a normal phenomenon.
4. As long as the two-stage condensing unit or compressor condenser unit runs well, clients can change the lubrication oil every 20000 hours or four times a year. Make sure the equipment is clean before lubricating.
