Description
Batch pre-expander is used for expanding EPS raw material (polystyrene) with steam. The raw material is expanded to a required density suitable for the following molding or shaping process of the EPS manufacturing. The processes of material filling and expanding are done in batches. PSJ110~160 EPS pre-expander machine is composed of screw conveyor, weighing system, expansion chamber, proportional valve and fluidized bed drier. Batch pre-expander is controlled by PLC and is operated through touch screen.

Main Features
1. Precise pressure reducing valves and PID (proportional vale system) are used in the steam system to ensure constant steam.
2. The pressure sensor and the multi-valves venting system ensure a stable pressure inside expansion chamber of the batch pre-expander.
3. Temperature sensor and compressed air proportional valve are adopted to keep accurate expansion temperature suitable for high-density expansion.
4. A vibration sensor is used in EPS pre-expander machine to control material level.
5. The batch controller and weighing scale are used in the batch pre-expander to ensure same input weight of every batch.
6. PLC, touch screen, electronic parts and valves are all from famous brands at home and abroad.
7. This EPS pre-expander machine gives accurate density to materials. It is easier to operate and is energy efficient.

Package and Delivery
The batch pre-expander is packed in container and transported by sea.
