Description
EPS block cutting machine is especially designed for cutting EPS blocks into desired sizes. It cuts the foam with the hot wire cutting method. PSC200-800A series EPS cutting machines can do horizontal, vertical and down cutting. Multiple wires are set in this machine at the same time for the down cutting in order to increase cutting efficiency. This block cutting machine can be controlled through control box. The cutting speed can be controlled by converter.

Main Features
1. The main frame of the block cutting machine is manufactured from square profile steel. The frame structure is very strong. It has high strength and doesn’t deform.
2. EPS cutting machine is capable of automatically making both horizontal and vertical cutting.
3. The cross cutting should be done by manual operation.
4. A converter is adopted to govern the speed of the machine in order to ensure the block cutting machine moves stably. The speed can be changed from 0 to 4 m/min. This stepless speed governor is suitable for the requirements of both low-speed cutting and fast cutter retract.
5. A 10 KVA multi-tap special transformer is adopted to adjust the voltage of the machine. The transformer is capable of adjusting voltage in a large range.

This block cutting machine is packed in container and transported by sea.
