Description
VST-BP150 batch pre-expander is an economic machine for getting good density and big capacity. This EPS pre-expander adopts simple piping system and big closed expansion chamber, but allows big capacity, lower steam consumption and more accurate density compared with continuous preexpander. The batch pre-expander is sutable for big block molding machine.
Main Features
1. EPS pre-expander is controlled by PLC and touch screen to keep the machine work automatically.
2. The machine is equipped with screw conveyor and fluidized bed dryer.
3. This batch pre-expander can do first expansion and second expansion. 4. Second material hopper has sensor for material level sensing.
5. Use Japanese pressure reducing valve to control steam input pressure.
6. EPS pre-expander adopts electronic weighing system, setting filing weight on touch screen for the material automatical filling.
Material level control is done by photo sensor.
